Terms of payment will be settled upon confirmation of appointment. Any pre-payment will be refunded less fees, if applicable, for cancellation/no show. See below for cancellation policy.
Payment is due at time of appointment and can be made payable with Cash or Digital Payments (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Paypal, ApplePay).

Services over $25.01 1.6%
Full Disclosure: I am charged 2.9% + 30¢ for this service on every transaction. Due to this I will be administering a form of tiered pricing (see above). Service pricing under $25 will NOT be charged for the use of a card. Anything over $25.01 will be charged at a partial rate of 1.6% to help cover some of the cost. While I don't believe this cost should be passed onto the customer I also know that it won't be sustainable long term if I don't in some form or fashion. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We understand that sometimes things happen and life gets in the way. Please call or text as soon as you are able to reschedule or cancel. We are always willing to work something out!
24 hours or more advanced notice:
no penalty to reschedule or cancel
2 hours prior to start time:
No penalty to reschedule or cancel if contact has been made.
30 minutes to start time:
Distance that has already been traveled will be invoiced upon cancellation/rescheduling.
At/during appointment:
$20 + round trip travel for no show or on the spot cancellation*.
No penalty if the Notary needs to cancel or reschedule due to their own error or personal circumstance.
Notary will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled session start time.
No Show - Signing participant(s) are considered "no show" if no contact has been made and the cancellation policy will go into effect.
*If during the appointment it is determined that the notarization cannot be completed because the signer is confused, not fully aware, incoherent or unresponsive, under the influence, does not have proper ID, or other preventable reason, $20 and round trip mileage will be charged.
